Safety Policy

1. Participant Safety

1.1 Safety Briefing: All participants will receive a safety briefing before the start of each class/charter. It is mandatory to attend and adhere to the instructions provided.

1.2 Life Jackets: Life jackets will be provided and must be worn at all times while on the boat.

1.3 Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited during the class/charter. Participants must be 21 years old to consume alcohol.

Booking and Payment Policy

2. Booking Procedures

2.1 Contact Form: To book a class or charter, please fill out the contact form on our website. A representative will contact you to confirm your booking.

2.2 Payment: Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. Payment instructions will be provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

4.1 Acknowledgment: By participating in our classes/charters, you acknowledge that fishing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, sea conditions, and potential accidents.

4.2 No Liability: The School of Rockfish and its employees are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the class/charter or on the boat.

Conduct Policy

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from the captain and crew. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.

Weather Policy

7.2 Rescheduling: If a class/charter is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually convenient date.
